Pro Services knocked it out of the park! Heat went out, called Pro Services at 8am. Talked to Miranda on the phone who said she would get someone my way same day and would have them call me as well so I could meet them. She told me noon and at 11:45 I got a call from Tom who arrived 25 min later. Tom was knowledgeable and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and had my heat back up and running in less than 30 min. Would recommend Pro Services to anyone looking for service or to replace anything heating and cooling related.

As always, Terry of PRO Services was outstanding. Knowledgeable, capable, skilled, and still the most pleasant fellow ever.

Tom was awesome, took out our old mouse infested furnace and put in a brand new one and everything looks and works great!
