A couple of years ago I had the furnace and whole house humidifier installed. The humidifier (apriaire 700m) never worked properly. The installer came out three times and wasn't able to fix the problem. The last time he came out he said that his boss told him there was nothing they could do because our house was to big. I asked him then why did install a humidifier that wouldn't humidify my house. Last year the exhaust pipes began leakIng. Poor Installation and knowledge is subpar.

"Service 24/7"....except when expecting bad weather. We called for service on our furnace when we got home from work and discovered it was out. They said that someone would be there within 2 hours...2 hours passed. We called to check the status and we told that no one was coming due to expected road conditions. I was furious we had wasted two hours of waiting in the winter without heat and a baby at home and had to call them to find out no one was coming! They had no solution for me except coming the next day. I was able to call a different company and they were still willing to come out for the same after hours fee in the same Michigan winter weather. Ridiculous that we were not contacted and wasted our valuable time waiting for them to not come!

I live out of state but I own three rental properties in Michigan recently my furnace went out in one of my rental properties and the company that I usually use was not available. So I called Dunrite Heating and Cooling and I could not be more pleased with the service very polite and professional and their price was lower than the company that I typically would use thank you

SCAMMERS. FALSE REVIEWS. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!! Had the same pricing issue as someone else. I was quoted a price for service, not only did he not complete the service because the tech CLAIMED there was a cracked heat exchanger. (there wasn't and a second opinion confirmed what I already suspected was a lie) yet I still had to pay for the service that was never performed. Be careful if you aren't sitting and watching them or you don't have a clue what may or may not be being done or are not familiar with typical hvac service scams. REGARDING THEIR COMMENT.... Do you think this is my first review? Wow is all I have!! Just like their service... they have the audacity to lie AGAIN!!! just wow. seriously folks.... stay away from these guys! .....His name was Chuck! and, apparently I'm not the only one!! I have your sticker on my furnace with his name on it! Unless he lied. I would NOT be surprised! (So how did Jonathan Kozial mention him. You guys have some serious @#$%#!)

Came home Saturday night to a smell of burning rubber and slowly dropping temps in the house. Called and left a message after midnight. I was called back at 8am, Sean the technician was here within the hour and was very knowledgeable, informative and professional. Lucky enough he had the part we needed and everything was fixed by 10:30am!

My heat went out late at night I called Dunrite left a message, they called me right back and had someone out within an hour. I will definitely call them for all my furnace needs. Thanks Dunrite!

Terrible unprofessional service. Technician misdiagnosed the problem and tried to push me new 60,000 BTU furnace for $5,250 . quote me $620 to replace working control board , called other company for 2 opinion the problem was bad transformer $25 part . Never going to use this company again.

Don't use these guys. They charge $125 to give you an estimate on a new Furnace and AC that will cost approx. $8000...wow Trying to make money off of quotes very sad.

We just moved into a new house and chuck came out and serviced our furnace. He was very informative and explained everything thoroughly. Had great customer service from start to finish I would highly recommend.

They replaced my furnace and now my AC... awesome company....the staff are friendly and easy to work with. The installers have been nothing but friendly, prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!!!
