AAA is my area go to service. Whether my furnace, air conditioning, garbage disposal, etc. need attention, they are knowledgable, friendly and capable to repair, replace. Give them a try, I bet you'll become a repeat customer as well.
Even if they fixed my dryer, they are completely overpriced. They said the 69 usd was going to be waived if I did accept the fix... well that is the problem, the fix was replacing a part that literally costs 49 usd in Amazon (original spare), and a job that took 15 minutes. The total bill was 256!!!! I am ok with paying to a technical guy to get the job done, but 210 usd for labor for 15 minutes work is plainly a rip off!!!
BUYER BEWARE - I am stunned this place has more than a 2 star rating. They wanted $367 to fix an actuator lever on a refrigerator. The part costs 50. Fixing it would surely take someone less than 10 minutes.
They didn't have the part in the truck even though the person answering the phones assured me they would.
They charged me 50 to come out and give me this upsurd estimate, even though they could have easily provided on the phone.
This may officially be the biggest scam I have ever encountered.
The dispatcher needs to get organized. They need to change their scheduling process. The technician was great through. If you are OK with having to take a day off of work then I give my approval.
Broken A/C unit in this heat wave is not good with a pregnant wife. Called them and said they could come out day of but it was too expensive for me. Had to work but they stayed in contact with me all monday. It wasnt a big fix and a bit expensive but when its an unexpected event, good to know they have the time to get someone out. Ive dealt with other companies that dont even get back to me for a couple days.
John, the serviceman, entered, offered to put on booties, then proceeded to the cooktop to give us a diagnosis. He gave us enough information for the decision we made. We would use this company again. Thank you.

Kevin quickly assessed the problem and relit the pilot on the water heater. He tested it with the generator to see if it would stay lit. All is good.
