Dunlaps AAA Service Network

I had Alex repair my tankless water heater and do maintenance on it and my furnace. He was punctual, polite, personable, thorough, and efficient. Could not have asked for better service. I called yesterday afternoon at 4:00 and the scheduler offered to send someone that evening. I opted to wait till this morning. I highly recommend AAA and especially Alex!

We were happy to get scheduled service within a week of our dishwasher malfunctioning (our earlier service provider could not schedule us for 3 weeks!). I only wished that they had critical parts (e.g., controller board) in inventory - required a second visit one week after the first to complete the repair. I would certainly use this provider again for our GE appliances.

Kevin quickly identified the issue we were having with our thermostat and was able to repair it quickly. He was also very helpful in discussion around our furnace/thermostat in general.

However, I do wish the diagnosis fee would be absorbed into the cost of the repairs. I wasn’t prepared for that.

We have a furnace at our new home that has some add ons we were not familiar with and wanted some help. Brian at AAA came on schedule, knew exactly what we had and serviced the parts we needed. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable and of great help. Thank you to him!

My father passed away in January and I called this place when I came up to handle the estate in April. I found the dishwasher not working and called this place and set up a visit. They were not able to come while I was in town (I live in N.C.), so I made arrangements with the neighbor to meet them and let them in. That morning I spoke with someone at the business and made sure they had all of my contact info to call me after they knew what was wrong. I never heard from them that day or after. Fast forward 3 weeks, they called me today to collect on the diagnosis fee. When I said I never heard from anyone, the lady apologized but never once offered to find out anything or see if I wanted to correct the problem. She did very promptly take my payment however. The entire process was very unprofessional and they obviously had my phone number to get my money, but never to talk to me about the problem. The only way I knew they had even showed up was thanks to he neighbor. Avoid if at all possible.

We received a call before the serviceman arrived letting us know he would arrive in 20 minutes. He was very professional, finished the job quickly, and checked to make sure the washing machine worked before he left. Didn't mark value because it was a warranty job.

I called Dunlaps in the middle of a very hot week with a broken A/C unit. All other places I called had a week wait but luckily Dunlaps was able to send out someone the same day I called. I am a new homeowner and I asked my repairman, Tim, a lot of questions on how to properly maintain the furnace/AC and what are some simple things to look for that could go wrong are, how to fix them, etc. Tim was great and was very friendly, helpful, and informative. I feel like I learned a lot and as a new homeowner, I appreciated that.

All of the guys that have come out to repair items in my place have been great! Today Ryan came out and was so informative, respectful he even brought my garbage can in from the street when he was leaving!! You talk about wowing a customer.. thank you.

Jacob was very friendly and professional. The job was done quickly with no mess. Thankful he had both the sump and sewer pumps in the truck.

They called me within minutes of me submitting an online chat question. They were out the next day. They came prepared to fix our ice maker and they did fix it. Comforting to know that we also have a one year warranty on this item too.
