This last night our AC unit started making a terrible noise. We shut it off and called first this in the morning. They were at our house within 2 hours and fixed the issue! At a very reasonable cost too! Very grateful for them!

Dan came out at 8pm when my furnace went out, gave me portable heaters to use overnight, and then was back promptly at 8am with his team to install our new furnace. Very professional and timely, highly recommend!

Scrib's came and replaced our old A/C unit, replaced old furnace and added a second unit for our upstairs. A lot of work! They were always on time, efficient and professional. Highly recommend!

Scrib's provided top notch, professional service quickly. When attempting to fire up the AC for the first time this year we discovered that it was not working. Scrib's was recommended by a friend so I gave them a call and I was not disappointed at all. Larry was able to come out very quickly and attempted to repair the AC which had been the home to some critters that decided chewing up the internal wires was a good idea. Unfortunately, the damage that was done required us to get a new condenser unit. Scrib's was able to get the unit delivered to our house the same day and Dan came by the next morning to install it. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic at communicating with us, they kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of the questions we had and the work was done quickly and at a fair price.

To say I am pleased is not saying enough! The owner, Dan, got me in quickly and notified me when his guys would be coming. Matt and Jeff were right on time and professional from the start. The work they did was DETAILED and I could tell they took every step necessary - no short cuts here! These two are knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. We had to replace our water heater and remove an old humidifier. They also installed our new thermostat while they were here - which I didn't know was a service they offered, but they did an awesome job! They explained things to me as they moved through the job and gave me options. It really put me at ease and helped me understand the process. They also cleaned up at every stage and went above and beyond to even give the furnace a vacuum. These guys are TOP NOTCH and I will without hesitation use them again and recommend! Where do I begin. When losing heat in your home it can be an incredibly stressful time and uncomfortable territory to a world of expenses. After several quotes from large companies I was starting to feel defeated and anxious about the trustworthiness of the salesman. After reaching out on social media for recommendations it was clear that Scribs Heating and Cooling has left an extremely large footprint on the local area. Within a short amount Dan arrived at my house to discuss what my best options would be. He was different from the rest of the people that have been at my house before him, his humility and empathy shows in his character and I truly believe it is because he is still involved in the work even as the OWNER. Dan and his team are extremely professional and have an attention to detail I’m only use to seeing in military aviation. I highly recommend him but more importantly I trust them. I ended up having my furnace and AC replaced with a couple added bells and whistles. Scribs turned what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant experience.

Scribs is the best around! I had them come out to install a humidifier and repair quite a few issues a previous HVAC company left after install. They were thorough, professional and reasonably priced. Dan is as honest as they come- can’t recommend them highly enough.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Heat went out on Super Bowl Sunday & Scribs is the ONLY company that called back. The owner Dan came out immediately after church and got it running, but was honest in the fact that our 22 year old system may need replaced in the near future. Despite the fact that several other companies charge a $150 minimum for after hours service calls, he went through our entire system for $85. 2 days later when the furnace died, he came right out AND brought heaters to get us through the night, until the following morning when they could install a new furnace. His crew, led by Jeff, were the most courteous and professional group of guys I’ve ever done business with. They did a great job, cleaned up afterwards, and went over the entire system with me before they left. This company is an exemplary example of how a business should conduct themselves. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dan and team are awesome! They were there the same day and responded to my call with a great level of urgency. I’ve now had to use this company for both home and business. He didn’t even laugh at me the one time I called (on a holiday), and it turned out to be the batteries went out on the push pad. 😅🤣
