Furnace went out. Owner came out right away and said he has to order parts. Offered us 3 space heaters from his own home. So nice to deal with a company with integrity.

Above and beyond . We had no heat today (Thanksgiving Day!) and Scibs came within 30 minutes of me calling and had it up and running right away. They only charged me $20 over what a weekday call would cost. I felt bad pulling someone away from their family and Larry was so kind the whole time. I will definitely be using them if we have any more trouble .

I called first thing in the morning with the flame not lighting in my furnace and was not able to diagnose it myself. I had a tech call back within 10 minutes and said they would be out in an hour. They showed up on time were very friendly. The tech looked at the furnace and almost immediately found the issue. He showed me the issue and walked through what was happening. I have heat again and learned a few things!

Awesome service thought we would have to leave the house yesterday. They were the only company out of the 5 I called that said they would be there in an hour! With no heat you can imagine how elated I was. Great service, on time, very knowledgeable. Would recommend them every time. Thank you Scrib's Heating and Cooling.

Honest as can be. Could have sold me a new unit. They opted to tell me my existing 2011 carrier was still under warranty and to call Carrier. I called Carrier and this was true. Incredibly grateful during this holiday season. Thank you so much and will be sure to be calling in the near future for my A/C unit

Scribs is the best! I will continue to use them always! Dan got right back to me in the morning when I called and Larry was awesome and was able to come out earlier than they said. I highly recommend using scribs for all your heating and cooling needs. Thank you Dan and Larry!

Larry, Harry or Garry are great all the same person and they did an excellent job.

They have great service and I can always rely on them. They are fair and don't take advantage of their customers. I can trust what advice they give and know they are giving me a great price. I will never use another company.
