Derrick Miller was our technician for our duct cleaning and he was amazing! Everything about this experience was more than I would have expected. I was well informed of when they would be coming, even with a call very shortly before they came to make sure it was still a good time. They were so nice to my children, and very informative of how the process was going to work. They showed/told me exactly what they did in each room and explained anything that maybe looked different after they were done. We are new homeowners, so we have never done this before and I was treated with so much respect even though I'm sure I asked some off the wall questions. Hands down will call them first for any questions, help or maintenance that I ever need in the future!!!

From the first contact it has been a great experience, very professional and wanted to find what took care of our needs with upgrading our HVAC system. Very pleased and impressed with the company!

I wanted so badly to give them a good review because they are very professional and nice. Unfortunately they worked on my system all winter last year and I’ve paid a few thousand so far. When I turned the boiler on for this season, it is having the same exact issue. When I called them to come out again, I was told that I’m out of my 30 day warranty. So that means I have to start at square one and they will once again come out every other week and state that it’s a different issue than originally thought. I would have rather had them tell me that they don’t know what the problem is and have me call someone else.

Great experience! Starting with over the top communication. I booked my appointment, and as usual with repairs got a window of time. I got a reminder text the day before, i got call when the repairman was actually ready to head my way to confirm i was ready for him, then i got a text with his picture and a little bit about him so I'd know who was knocking on my door. After so many experiences with terrible communication from repair services, I'd hire these guys just for that.

Luis and his helper (didn’t get his name) we’re very professional and thorough. They did a great job getting us AC. They made sure everything was running and working properly before they left. I am very satisfied with Michiana and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Michiana, we now don’t have to melt through the hot summer months.

I couldn't be more pleased with Noah and Luis and his install team from Michiana Heating and Air Conditioning. I have wanted a minisplit for some time, and it is just in time as the temperatures are dropping. It instantly heats the space.
