Amazing Service.... Very punctual; friendly; respectful; and educational. Gave a lot helpful hints to keep my AC unit running good. Took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Made sure everything was working properly before he left. Very refreshing to have great customer service..... Thank you so very much!!!!..... I had to come back and add that.... I did an internet search and found the listing; pretty much called a couple of companies. Leo was the first to say later that evening or two days later. Without reading any reviews I scheduled and thankfully just as Art stated he called me that evening said he could be there in 20 minutes and was there in 15 minutes. Truly refreshing to post a review without reading the others; then realize all the other reviews mirror mine. Great Job Art!

This is the best heating and cooling company around. I had 2 furnaces put in, the men that came to do the job did an amazing job. They came on time and were really knowledgeable. They were polite and professional, they definitely knew how to get the job done properly. The owner gave me multiple quotes on many furnaces to give me the best option possible. They also did the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. If you need to get work done for heating and cooling, call Leo’s Heating and cooling because you won’t regret it.

Highly recommend! Art was very responsive as well as helpful. He was also willing to come out on a Sunday (specifically Fathers Day) to help us with our non working AC unit and got it up and running. We may need a new ac unit soon and plan on going with Leo’s Heating and Cooling.

Art was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely hard working, kind, and is 100% committed to his customers. I recently had a gas leak in my house in the absolute worst area possible (behind stackable washer and dryer in small closet) that needed to be fixed immediately. He came by same day for an estimate then came back the next day, in a bad snow storm, to get the job done so I can turn on my heat to avoid my pipes freezing. Art was a lifesaver! It’s been 4 days with no AC and not being able to to find anyone to come fix it. That’s when I found Leo’s Heating and Cooling! Called them and they were willing to come out same day! Within 20 minutes the AC was fixed and ready to go. So happy I found them. I’ll definitely be using them again if needed.

Something I've learned is that finding Quality Work/Product AND a very reasonable price is extremely hard to come by. I got both from Leo's Heating and Cooling. Art was very honest up front, did a thorough service call, and recommended a full AC system replacement installation. I was hesitant and thought we could salvage the system and find the leak, and he advised me of my options. Even if we found the coolant leak, it may not be something that could be fixed, requiring a replacement anyways and I would have wasted a ton of money on the leak service. I opted to trust Art's advice and do a full replacement, and in the end he was right, it was unfixable and needed replacing. He wasn't pushy at all, and told me to think on it for a day. I called around just to test out the market and very quickly found out that Art was offering me a top of the line brand AC unit, including his labor for Hundreds, and for some quotes even THOUSANDS less than other companies out there. Within hours I called him back to schedule the install. Save yourself the time, go with Art, you won't regret it. He is the example of how a local business should be ran. This company quite literally goes above and beyond. Called early in the morning on a Sunday due to our AC going out and it was about to be one of the hottest days of the year so far. Art was able to come out within hours and get our system back up and running. He was very informative and gave us information on how things should be running and even followed up throughout the rest of the day and even into the evening making sure things were still good and our house was cooling off. Top notch friendly customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

My house was built in 1959, and when we purchased the property it's preexisting furnace, air conditioning, and water boiler were decades old. I had it in my plans to replace all three of those appliances, and it came to the point where it was critically necessary. I recovered information about Leo's heating and cooling through Home Advisor and a local google maps search, then gave Art a call. He answered my call promptly and accepted an emergency appointment with a same day visit within hours. I received a quote for the boiler replacement and we replaced it the next day, then decided to go ahead with the furnace and AC. We also ordered the necessary appliances the next day and picked it up the day after. The job began within that same week of 11/21/2020, and it is now 11/28/2020 where the the job in its entirety is finished. I am extremely happy with this company's services in all respects, and impressed with the quality of work and effort put into the job. The total quote i received is upwards of 8k and i think it is unmatchable in terms of price for the type of job done at my home. Thank you very much and would highly recommend!!! Planning a second project soon involving more replacements.

My heating and cooling person retired after many years and I found myself in search of someone new. I was fearful that I would never find someone who I could trust and feel truly cared about doing right by someone and not just be in it for the financial reward. Thankfully I came across Art. He immediately put my mind at ease and made me feel he truly cared. My AC unit failed after 20 years. Art came out within the day and made every effort to get it running again, but after a few hours it ceased to work. A new unit was ordered and installed within days. Other companies said it would be a couple of weeks. Art was a life saver. He and his crew were courteous and respectful. He explained everything to me, followed up to make sure everything was performing well, and took care of registering my new unit. I will be contacting Art for all my future heating and cooling needs.
