Ac maintenance. Jesse Price was totally professional and knowledgeable.heating maintenance comes up I will request him. He was very nice and patient.

Made appointment with five day lead time. Appointment was made for 2 to 4 pm. Was sent a text Thursday that appointment was noon to 2 pm. I text back and got no response . I called and was told still on for 2 to 4 pm. One hour later get another text telling me can not guarantee time and will give me last appointment of day. I get a text R noon Friday telling me he is in route. This caused major problems at work for me. This generator is only 13 months old and has broke down twice now. I had leave work twice now at a loss of income to my family. My contract shows a 7 year warranty including parts. Purchase agreement shows I was charged over $500.00 for extended warranty. I also purchased a 2 year service contract. I am coming my merely disappointed as there is way should I be charged $256.00 for repairs.again the generator has been repaired twice in 14 months. The product and service is not meeting expectations and I am hoping for a prompt resolution . .

Still considering options...but Arthur H. was very upfront about the work to be done. He was also very knowledgeable

They came out to service my generator. Everything was done in a timely fashion. The technician was polite and friendly.

Generator maintenance was done today. Zac helped me install the app on my phone and serviced our generator. Showed up on time and professional.

As always Kelley Bros. fixed the problem quickly and were available the same day. I’d never go somewhere else for my heating and cooling needs!

Arthur was patient and through with me. He answered all my questions and concerns. We decided to go with Kelley Brothers for the install. Everything was done in a timely and Efficent manner. We are very happy with the install and look forward to many years of service from our Generac emergency full house generator.
