I have my Generac maintenance done by Kelley Bros every year. They.Are.Great. Zachary was the technician who was here today, he was efficient - professional - and kindly answered my 'old lady' questions - with patience. Means alot to me!!!

We have been pleased with the prompt customer service, the technician’s knowledge and willingness to work on our system until the problem is resolved. Kelley Brothers was recommended to us when we moved to the area and we have used them ever since. When you move into a house there are always things that need to be fixed. They have installed missing duct work, replaced our AC and moved it out from under an existing deck, and fixed our furnace. When I call Kelley Brothers I am confident the problem will be fixed, the price will be fair and the service will be professional.

Kelley Brothers installed my Generac whole-house standby generator in 2013. They had to run an auxiliary gas line, replace a panel and bring our 60s-era electrical system up to code. All this for a reasonable price. At the time I had also contacted other electrical contractors and either got exorbitant prices (Ben Franklin was $10,000 over Kelley Brothers' estimate) or rude, unprofessional behavior (Oak Electric told me they were "busy" and "frankly, we don't need your business").

Now, years later every interaction I have with them has always been professional, courteous and fairly priced. They are my go-to electricians. And even though they are located in Livonia, they service the Pinckney/Hamburg Township area where I live. It's been a relief to have such a good, trustworthy contractor I can rely on.
