Happy customer here. I needed service beyond my homeowner skills on issues concerning a wall furnace. The technicians called me en-route to the appointment and arrived early. After I explained the problems, they promptly diagnosed and repaired the issues. The service was fast and efficient. The techs were polite and gentlemanly. The price was beyond fair. The tech they sent, JD, was very professional and explained the problem in a straight and honest manner (not trying to sell me). I so appreciated the expedient and efficient service call!
