I always get the nicest people to help me on the phone. And the people that come and do maintenance on my on Generac always tell me what has been done. Helpful to explain everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Accept no substitutes! They are simply the best and most experienced Generac installers in my area. They installed my unit four years ago and annual service and a recent warranty repair have been handled with competence and professionalism. Kudos to the entire crew at K & B. Peace of mind in an uncertain world is hard to find!

These guys did a beautiful job installing and reminded me about the annual check up. The only issue we had was with the app. We still don’t have it installed! Not a big deal.

Installed backup generator in 2017 and crew was awesome. First couple years of service was great. Service technician (which was extremely incompetent) came last year to do routine service and adjust valves on motor. Mysteriously 2 months later, the motor needed to be replaced. Took a month to get new motor. Service lite came on this month and called their supposedly 24/7 service number. Left message on 2/5/2022. Left another message on 2/7/2022. Finally received a call late morning on 2/8/2022 with not even a "so sorry" for the delay in calling. On 2/8/2022, we called another company. They came out the morning of 2/9/2022 and took care of us. Sorry K & B but you just lost a customer for your poor customer service.

Purchased a Home with a Generac already installed. I have Zero experience with such equipment and have had K&B out to Service the system. Always quality work, there Tech Hunter always explains what he did, why it was done and Service to consider for the future. Very pleased with my experience and would recommend them for your Home Generator needs.
