Had an issue w an older unit this week. Called 15 places, and these were the only guys who were available the same day and got the job done same day! Everyone else was booked solid for 2 weeks. Thanks guys!

Service techs are knowledgeable. Service was prompt. Price was spot on. They have all my business in the future. I recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling work.

Winslow came out a few hours after we called, diagnosed the problem (failed compressor), had the needed parts on their truck and had it repaired within an hour. Well done.

James and his crew are "Top Shelf"! Total Professionals; Very Knowledgable and Reasonably Priced versus other local HVAC Companies. BTW, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"! James is a PRO, not a "HACK"... Just saying. 🔧

Felt reassured that my furnace is safe and without defect. The representative was most interested in providing me with accurate information rather than attempting to sale something.

Honest feedback, their scheduling/communication methods need some work.

They do the right thing and get the job done though.

These guys are great. I have them looking after a few boiler systems. Great service, reasonable price. Call Winslow first.

1st) James dropped off a part I needed for my AC/Unit,after Everyone else was Closed for the day (around 6:30pm). It"s 85(+) degree out and charged me very reasonable price. (2nd) he stuck around to make sure,I knew,what I was doing,(I googled/utubed it) and I needed some help. He did not charge me extra. (3rd). He got me through the night with Air and came by the very next day and fixed it the "Professional" way,again the price was reasonable,I did call around (sorry,James). (4th) He brought with him an "apprentice",he explained to me,how he tries to find young people,that are going to school ex:HFCC,but,need the Field Experience,so he tries to share his knowledge in exchange for pay and maybe help him occasionally, take down the 20 ft ladder off the top of the truck,I think that's a "Fair" deal.
