A-OK Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Had an appointment today in between 11-1. No one showed up, when I called, the person hung up on me TWICE. Then on the third call, she put me on hold. When she finally came back, she very rudely informed me she couldn't reach anyone, didn't know what to tell me, and would take my number and call me back ASAP. That was 4 hours ago and now they are closed/going straight to voicemail! I left a less than pleased message but man, customer service matters. You could have missed the appointment, it happens... but sheesh, notify me and make it right, instead... we just didn't matter, our business to them did not matter, not even enough for a phone call even AFTER a complaint was very nicely raised. Cool guys.

The heat went out in a rental of mine and I could not find anyone to repair and turn the furnace back on (frantically called about 15 local heating/plumbing companies) until I reached Jackie with A -ok. She politely and calmly obtained an experienced tech who arrived at my rental about 1/1/2 hours later. Gerry, the serviceman, called me as I requested, and politely explained what the problem was, why it may have happened, and how I can prevent the problem in the future. Their price was very reasonable, especially as it was an emergency (tenants with no heat in December)! I was so relived and appreciated this company's professionalism very much. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for prompt, friendly, and professional service!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! First time they come, they said the refrigerator need more freon and charge us $155. After few days, the refrigerator still not work, they come second time and charge us $300. AFTER SPENDING $455 THEY STILL NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! They keep saying our refrigerator is old blah blah blah. I understand that, but if you can't fix the refrigerator then told us at the beginning!!! Also, when they give out the receipt, they didn't even list the stuff of what they charge. Just a list of what they do, and total: $300!!!!

An awesome company with great service

Called this company for an estimate. Asked if they did a/c repair followed by me asking if they did coolant recharges. I asked the rates for coolant recharge, the individual on the phone responded that they could not give an estimate. I then asked if there was a low/high estimate that could be provided and the individual became very rude. Will definitly not be using this service.

DO NOT USE! Despicable. Liars. Thives. Did not do quality work. Sub par is being nice. Called us at 10pm on a Saturday night to “remind us” we were under contract to use them. So said the wife.... The work was done improperly and extremely cheap, the first time. Our “new” furnace malfunctioned a month later. They are trying to bill us for the follow up call now too! They have told us three times that they would call us to pick up our old furnace. It still sits in our basement, in the doorway, a month later!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!! Liars!!!! And then the acted like they had never been to our house before, when they did come back, and of course tried to “fix” another problem (aka: unnecessary upsell) “liars”. I wish I could give a negative rating at this point!

High pressure...tried to sell me a furnace brand that they are not an authorized dealer of. Didn't feel trustworthy.

A-OK Mechanical provided me with very poor services, a tech came out to unplug the drain, he didn't know where the drain was located my husband had to show him. He left without completing the work they refused to come back to finish the work unless I pay them an additional $200. Rich the owner was very unprofessional in handling the situation I wouldn't recommend them an out house.

Warning stay away from them! Put the wrong freon into my system then couldn't get them to come back out to fix their screw up and tgey have the nerve to expect me to pay!!! Mind you my cooler was still not working after they were there either!!!!

A-OK showed up right on time for our 9am appointment and got the job done in less than one hour. Very reliable!
