I called this company around 8:30 pm at night and the owner answer the phone personally. He told me that he be coming out about an hour later and he was at my house right on time. He took care of the AC in a very short time and with the overtime charge it was very reasonable. Thank you for such great work and professionalism.

I've had good luck with this company. Hired them once for air conditioning repair and one to repair a gas leak. Technicians were right on time and did clean, fast, and thorough work. Will definitely hire again.

Our furnace stopped working on Sunday morning and my wife called A-OK. They were on-site in less than 45 minutes and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes after arriving. Fast, Friendly service. We will absolutely do business again in the future. Thank you so much!

Do not trust this company!

Two year old AC unit and the compressor went. Luckily, the thing was still under warranty. The owner told me that they deal with warranties all the time, no problem. Over a year later and I still have not gotten reimbursed for the part. Why? Because A-OK Mechanical never sent the part in to the manufacturer. But they won't admit this. Every time I contacted them, they told me they'd look into, that the manufacturer was giving them the run around, etc. So I call the manufacturer who says they never received the defective part. They tell me to call the parts distributor because A-OK would have had to send the part to them first and then they would have sent the part to the manufacturer. Distributor can confirm that A-OK ordered the part from them but never returned the defective part.

I asked A-OK three times to send me their paperwork that shows they sent the part in. They now will not respond to me. I'm out $600 because of their incompetency. Oh, and my AC still doesn't work. Because they only diagnosed half the problem. Stay away from this company.

Couldn't figure out a problem further enough before making a phone call to you and you worked through it over the phone which saved me a service call. It turned out to be a minor issue but I appreciate your help very much!
