I ordered the wrong item, and when I went to pick it up, not only did the gentleman behind the counter immediately said I wouldn't have to pay for the mistake item, but he even gave me a printout showing the correct item to take back to my office to refigure the budget. I was unaware that the branch closed at 3 and I needed a part I ordered for my furnace...Bob stuck around and waited for my wife to arrive longer than he had to in order to make sure we got the part. Please give Bob a raise or at least buy him lunch! Thank you Bob!
