I called Jimmie initially because of trouble with my central air leaking. Before even coming out he gave me several tips on easy things I could try, with the goal of saving money. After these didn't fix the problem, he came out, gave me a quote, and replaced my air. Really nice guy who does good work!

We rent a home and the furnace stopped working. I called Jimmys number which was on a sticker on the furnace. He immediately contacted the owner of the home and arranged to get an estimate for the unit. After looking over the situation he again contacted the owner and explained the cost and what would be best for them. The owner agreed to purchase a new furnace and have it installed. Well this was taking a few days so Jimmy of his own accord came to our house and let us use one of his 1000 btu portable heaters so we would not get to uncomfortable. Amazing!!!!! He got the new furnace from the warehouse and installed the next day. He was here until eight o'clock that same evening cleaning up and making sure that we were all set. Ya just can't find this kink of service anymore. Jimmy sure has all his "ducts" in a row!!!!

Jimmie was able to make the repair the same day and called to explain the issue and what he did to repair the problem. I will call him again with any HVAC issues.

Something went wrong with our furnace. It started making a terrible noise. Sounded like metal grinding. I took off the filter and could see the spinning fan had some metal shavings around it - that wasn't a good sing. I called Jimmie Cadena, described the problem. He came out within a half an hour. Checked out the furnace - it was the spinning fan that went bad. He took the old one out, went to a supply house and got a replacement part within the hour. He put the new part in, his pricing was a nice surprise. It was less than what i expected based on what people told me it would cost for the repair. Jimmie comes highly recommended.

He showed up and walked me through the issue from start to finish and didn’t make me feel less than for not knowing anything. He had me see the issue for myself and walked me through what he was doing to fix it. He wasn’t a fan of the brand of furnace we have but didn’t pressure me in anyway to change it which I really appreciate. Super professional and kind. Definitely recommend!
