I would like to start with BIG thanks to Jeff, he arranged for a service call on the weekend for me. For some reason the call couldn't be completed due to technician health reasons.
He called to make me walk through the diagnostics along with Darrell, and we were able to get heat running.
This kind of service commands respect 🙏. They are compassionate team and in my mind they are five star 🌟 plus.

Darryl was able to walk me through the thermostat problem. It was a busy day with lots of furnaces being challenged with all technicians working. Thank you Krane Heating for "turning the heat up" and Darryl for easing my panic. Rare to have that kind of service, but mostly the consideration.

This past fall we found ourselves with a broken down AC unit during the hottest days of the summer. After a call to Krane Heating we now have a wonderful new Bryant unit keeping us cool. Their crew did a fantastic job and Courtney coordinated all aspects of our job with a friendly and professional attitude. Very pleased. Skip forward to November and our older furnace quit too!. Krane's stepped up and within one day we had a new furnace matched to our AC unit. Again their install team was professional, timely and clean. Krane also followed up and helped with the rebates we qualified for through our local utilities. Five stars for all of their staff.

I had an issue with clogged pipes from my humidifier backing up to my furnace. I contacted Krane who made an appointment for the following day. The specialist, Darryl, called before arrival and fixed the issue in under an hour. He was very professional throughout the entire encounter. I will definitely be using this company in the future for any further service calls or installation. They will be recommended to family and friends.

After looking at half a dozen installers, I decided to go with Krane. It was a great decision. Bryant makes a good furnace, but the install is just as important. Krane's install team did a expert job. They put down tarps everywhere. I couldn't be more pleased. Jeff and company are the best.
