My husband Dirk called early this morning when we could not contact our usual service contact and the answering service called Jeff at Krane Heating & Cooling, whose service we have never used prior, and talked Dirk through a tutorial on an Emerson thermostat and saved the day. He could have generated a service call, which is the norm, but truly provided an enormous service to a stranger. We are keeping his number and we truly appreciate this!!!

Emergency furnace repair. Immediate service allowed us to have heat as soon as possible. The technician was honest and skilled. As we know nothing about furnaces, we could have easily been tricked into paying for something we did not need. Turns out it was a minor fix. It is so nice to find a company that is fairly priced, knowledgeable, professional, AND demonstrates integrity. We definitely recommend Krane Heating and Cooling.
