They came to check our furnace, saw that we needed a new one which I was expecting over the past few years. They were extremely quick to get our heating back and scheduled a second appointment to finish it for us. Very friendly. Also very small closet space which they worked with easily.

Very happy with Humidifier Installation and regular maintenance to our furnace. Bob was very thorough and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend.

I first used Krane 7 years ago when our furnace went out a couple of weeks after moving into our home. I didn't hesitate to call them when last week's storm caused a power surge that fried not only the furnace but the hot water heater. Within 24hrs of my call I had an assessment and a new furnace. The people at Krane are kind, professional, and experienced.

Old Lennox furnace went out so I called these guys, on a cold day they fit me in to get my furnace looked at. They repaired it and told me it was on its last leg but I could get a few more years out of it. I called back and agreed to the new one which they came out the same day. No pressure, real quick in am emergency. Trustworthy as I wasn't home. Highly recommend.

Had our AC compressor and inside coil replaced. Bob and Jeff did a great job. Very polite. Just came in and did their job. Very professional.

Had a furnace issue and we were convinced whoever we called would insist we needed a brand new furnace (even if it wasn’t necessary). Thankfully Krane will operate 24 hours and was able to send someone out on a Sunday. My fiance was so happy and thankful when Darryl came by and did a quick maintenance check and fixed the problem. We were only charged for the weekend inspection fee which was quoted on the phone prior to him coming to the house. We were so happy they weren’t scammers just out for our money. It’s been over a week and haven’t had a problem since Darryl came out. Thank you Darryl and all of Krane Heating and Cooling.

I came home from the airport to a 46 degree home. A real person answered the telephone. They came to me on a Sunday, which was also a holiday, this past New Year’s Day. Bryan promptly showed up and was professional, friendly and most importantly he diagnosed and fixed the problem. The igniter had gone out on my furnace. It cost slightly more for an after hours/Sunday/holiday service call but that is to be expected! The price was still more than reasonable. They could’ve really gouged me. I can and will always recommend their service. Thank you again.

Our 26 year old AC system quit working.
Called Krane Monday morning and Daryl was out to look at it that afternoon. He explained it was best to replace it. I had him look at 26 year old furnace and it was also on its last legs. Jake, Koda and Bob came out Tuesday morning and replaced both on Tuesday. I trust them because they replaced our main furnace and AC units 4 years ago and we have had zero issues. I recommend Krane and all these guys.

The guys were super professional, timely, and respectful. Our furnace broke down Sunday night, and they were over Monday morning. The assessment took all of 10 minutes, and the quote was very reasonable. They told us that they would arrive the next day to install between 8:30-9:00am, and they arrived promptly at 8:30am. The entire installation from start to finish took three hours. They laid down tarps, and cleaned everything up flawlessly. We are extremely happy with their service, and will continue to highly recommend them to our friends and family.
