Brad was very helpful. Explained everything. Got us up and running in a few hours. Very polite and helpful. We now have running water again and a new water heater. They even offer the service of helping with water cleanup. Very good experience. Thanks Brad and Penning Plumbing.

Penning Plumbing came in to replace our water heater system. Brad (the plumber) explained the options to choose from. He completed the job in a short period of time. We reviewed the work done and it was to my satisfaction. The office admin who took my call was very helpful as well to explain the process and provide us with same day service.

We were delighted with the service call and subsequent installation of a new water heater, with Frank as technician. He was knowledgeable, proficient and professional. We were set up in about three hours, start to finish! Kudos to Penning Plumbing, and to Frank!

My sewer backed up, I called just before five o'clock and they had a technition scheduled for 7AM the next morning. He (Levi) showed up ON TIME, and he was nothing but respectful, friendly, helpful, and professional, all for a fair price!I will definitely be calling Penning for any future needs!

Over the years, I have found Penning to be a reliable company to service all of my needs as I live in a manufactured home. (Many companies will not service manufactured homes.) My recent experience with Brad was outstanding as he was efficient, knew his trade, and did the needed work professionally.

Pennings man Daryl did a good job, kept me informed and took care to clean up when finished. I would recommend to get a quote from them if you have any boiler work that needs to be done. My sincere thanks to Mr. Penning and team for helping me with fixing my
leaky kitchen sink, plus much needed replacements for my old garbage
disposal and leaky kitchen sink faucet! I have a broken leg because
another driver was in too big of a hurry to stop for a stop sign, I hit them
rolled over 2 1/2 times, then slid roof down into a tree! Because of this I
couldn't pick out a replacement faucet or disposal in person. Mr. Penning
kindly worked with me by phone to make those decisions - I love the items he
recommended! Brad did a beautiful job installing the replacements and
fixing the leaks. He left my kitchen spotless, which was so appreciated due
to my current limited mobility. I use Penning Plumbing for everything
heating, cooling, plumbing, and water related. They are the best and can
ALWAYS be counted on to be professional. It is wonderful to be able to
truly count on Penning to do what they say. I am very grateful to all who

Don’t use their service, I paid for a service call $59 and I was provide with an estimate, thechnician supposed to email me the quote
Did not get it, so I called other Company And they provided their quote for free and the total cost of the work was a fifth of what Penning Quoted. They just completed the work and their workmanship was great.
Penning should not be in business that is dishonest.

I had a new water heater installed that was converted to a power exhaust instead of the natural draft out of the chimney. The work that was performed was excellent and haven't had any issues. They were courteous and brought in carpet liners to not track in the mud along with shoe covers. I docked one star because I thought the price was a little high, but that's the price you pay for not doing it yourself. I would recommend Penning to anyone who needs work done, and as long as they were not looking for the cheapest option.
