Staley's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I began using Staley's last year when my AC went out. Since then, I have used them for all maintenance and repair. They installed a new water heater yesterday only 3 hours after I called! They even brought my pipes and everything else up to today's codes. All repairmen have been prompt, polite, very knowledgeable, efficient, honest, explaining everything to me, and leaving as clean as they found it. I have never had such excellent service before, in the 50 years I've lived here. I recommend them highly!

From the moment they answered my call to when the repairman (Mark) walked out of my home was nothing short of professional. I was ecstatic I could get same day service and the price was very reasonable. I definitely would use them again!

6/14/23 - As with any older home, things start to need replacing or repairing. I had a leak in the basement and again, they did not disappoint! I had repairman Don and he was professional and the service was again great! I will keep using them!

My most recent experience w/Staley's was excellent as all the other visits. My house builder told me that the loud noises and banging my heater was making were normal however, he never actually looked for the noises or addressed my concerns. Florian & John came out from Staley's, took their time and found that the duct work had been improperly installed between floors. It was loose, some of the vent runs were not attached properly and leaked heat/AC into the sub floor. They did their best to tighten up the vent so it would not move around so much and that reduced the noise we were hearing by about 80%. I really appreciate that they listened to the complaint, took the time to investigate and made marked improvements to the issue. I intend to have them repair the rest of the vents once I have arranged to create access to the main vent run. Thanks Staley's, I plan on using you for all my future needs.

I’ve had Staley’s out before to preform preventative maintenance on our boiler and have been very pleased. I recently called to out for a leaking zone valve. I was prepared and expecting $1000. Repair bill because I knew that part was expensive and it would probably take a couple hours to fix. This company and employees are as honest as they come!! Turns out they only needed to replace an internal valve to the leaking zone and it was done in lesson than an hour. My bill was under $250. I can’t speak enough for the integrity and honesty of this company!

Recently my furnace stopped working overnight, and after a quick diagnosis, I realized I needed a professional. Staley's answered the phone with a live person (imagine that) and responded immediately to my concerns within 2 hours. The tech arrived (Florian) and was completely professional, respected my home by wearing boot covers, and took the time to properly diagnose the problem and resolve it. He even took the time to contact the manufacturer to confirm the blower motor he replaced was registered and under the factory warranty. Fantastic service, fair and reasonable pricing, and even pointed out the humidifier filter requiring replacement, and took care of that as well. I would 100% recommended Staley's!!

I have used Staley’s several times in the past few years. They are always responsive and very professional. They were able to come out same day to replace my sump pump. Great company to work with!

Very disappointed with the disrespect I received at this store. My A/C unit wouldn’t turn on so I decided to give this place a try given I live in Flushing. I was asking questions about a part I was told I needed. The salesperson went to ask another employee that sits in a room behind the desk to verify the part I needed. He responds and says “This doesn’t match the picture he showed us earlier. This piece should never come off. This guy obviously doesn’t know what he is doing” The piece he was referring to was taken off by the previous owner. I have licensed hvac friends and all I was trying to do was pick up a part they told me I needed. To hear someone talk about a customer in a disrespectful manner when I can clearly hear them is terrible customer service. I completed my job, and everything is working so “ I do know what I’m doing” just thought I could go to a local store and ask questions. What happened to customer service?? I will never step foot in that building again. I was there today 7/6/23 at 4:25 PM so you know who I am. I am a General Manager, and if any of my employees treated someone in that manner, they would no longer be employed!

I've used Staley's twice in the past 3 years. Once for a plumbing remodel and just recently for a new furnace and ac. Staley's has gone above and beyond my expectations on both occasions. I appreciate their no nonsense hard core work ethic, punctuality, and closure on my project's expeditiously. Their quotes were inline and within my budget. I will highly recommend Staley's and reach out to them for any future project's.
