When I see a 5 star business, I always wonder if it truly is that good. I can honestly say after having Jason out to fix our leak, Hawkins is exceptional!!!! He found our issue, drove to get the part the following morning and had it all fixed within hours, might I add all while squeezing us in at the end of the day, so we weren’t uncomfortable with the warm weather on the forecast. He is very fairly priced, extremely trustworthy, and does a fantastic job!!! You really cannot find a business like this now a days!! I will be recommending Hawkins to everyone I know!

Called on a Friday evening because my AC wasn't putting out any air at all. Jason showed up in about 30 minutes and found the problem and had replacement parts with him to complete the job in an hour. Highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs. Thank you again!!!

Jason has taken care of my parents for years. We had the power go out on Christmas eve, and then my boiler pilot light wouldn't stay lit. He came out and replaced the thermocouple unit when no one else would. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and someone who can be trusted. I'm very thankful to have him available when emergencys happen! Also, I want to add how nice he was. I was very impressed with the man, and would definitely recommend him! Jason worked on my 30+ year old furnace over the years. This year I had a new Furnace & AC installed. He also installed a new AC for my Mom. He has always been on time showing up exactly when he said he would, he is very knowledgeable, explains in terms I could understand, always able to get us up and going fast, new install went smoothly, he cleaned up well after his work, professional, and pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend Jason for your HVAC needs, and plan on having him install a new furnace at my Mom's in the near future.

Hawkins Heating and cooling is a great company. From the minute he walks in your home he makes you feek at ease., being single, this is a big deal. He is Johnny on the spot when you need him. He emits honesty and assurance. I will never use a different Hvac person.

The day before Thanksgiving our furnace went down….but calling Jenni and hear her tell me that her husband would be to our house soon to do the repair work was a relief. He was professional and knew exactly what the problem was within 10 minutes of looking and testing. We appreciate Jason and Jenny and we’d certainly recommend their services.

I have used Jason to install a mini split and for annual maintenance on A/C and Boiler system. He is very detailed and does great work at affordable prices.

Showed up on time. Used coverings on his work path. Cleaned up when finished. Was easy to talk to and explained what I needed to know to set up Wi-Fi thermostat. They also installed a new AC unit. Would definitely recommend this business.
