Josh is Amazing! He is knowledgeable, honest, dependable and so hard-working! We are beyond pleased with our new AC unit with zoning. Finally, our upstairs is as comfortable as our 1st floor! Highly recommend him to EVERYONE!

Josh is incredibly professional. He showed up when he said he would, he worked with us on pricing and options, the work was completed quickly (in a few days), both Josh and his electrician worked clean and cleaned up their work areas when the job was completed, Josh thoroughly explained the system when the job was done and offered a very affordable yearly maintenance option. Had Josh back out to replace our old hot water heater with a new Bradford white system as our old one was pretty much done. We are extremely happy and pleased with the service and workmanship Josh continues to provide.

Josh was punctual, very friendly, and very professional. He wore the little protective bootie things to protect our flooring. He did a very clean and professional installation for our whole house humidifier system, MUCH better than the one he was replacing. The system itself is much higher quality as well, and should be much easier to maintain than the previous one.

I will absolutely go through Hoffman again in the future.

I contacted Josh because I was having a venting issue/ draining issue with my furnace as the previous company installed it pitched backwards so it was not draining correctly. He came out right away and diagnosed the problem and scheduled me a appointment to do the repair for a week later. He did a great job and even went above and beyond what he said he was going to do to fix the mistakes from the previous install. He communicated with me all week and answered all my questions. If you need a local HVAC guy that is honest and that has great pricing then Josh is your guy!

He did a fantastic job!! Middle of winter our heat went out and needed a sensor replaced. We have a 8 month old baby so it was vital it get done quick! He came out immediately and fixed it within an hour. Super friendly and professional and a good price! Highly recommended
