Cameron was my tech this time he called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt. Very professional did what needed to be done. We chatted afterwards and he was on his way. I called atleast 20 other places around me, every single one told me I needed a new furnace. Staleys came the night before Thanksgiving and told me my parts were under warranty! ( I just purchased the house that year so I was unaware) they stayed until about 7pm that night working changed the parts and charged me $250. They easily saved me 3,000. They will be my first call everytime. I had a pregnant fiance at home with no heat on Thanksgiving, I couldn't thank them enough!

I have had two complete HVAC systems installed over 25 years and Staley's has done them both. The entire staff is very professional, courteous, and the quality of work is excellent. Even in snowstorms they will do their best to service your needs. They are thorough with their diagnosis and do not perform any unnecessary service. They also installed my plumbing and the same holds true for their entire staff. I would never consider using anyone else.

Our outside faucet was leaking, Stayleys came out with in reasonable time and had the faucet replaced with in an hour. Very pleased with their service

Tom provided excellent customer service from the initial call to discuss my concerns with my heater to his arrival to my home which was on time. He talked me through what he was doing to diagnose the problem, and after contacting a parts vendor, came back to me to discuss costs and expectations of completing the repair.
