Please believe the reviews and ratings online. I waited 1.5 hours in my hot house for the technician to arrive, and had to call back to be told there's no service available tonight. I'm scrambling to find other services.

I checked this place on the Internet and it’s supposed to be open 24 hours. We drove 45 minutes and this place is CLOSED ! We need a part for our AC unit and since this was the only place open we decided to drive all the way! The place still says OPEN . They need to update this information!

Of course coldest day of the year, furnace goes out. Called before 10 pm and was told someone would call and come right out. 2 calls later I am told no one is coming.Thanks for nothing, and leaving us in the cold. Not a good way to make a first impression.
