Dennis , Paul, Geoffrey were absolutely amazing they were very professional they treated my home as if it was their own home with everything that they did they’re cleanup all their insulation everything was amazing. All three of them were extremely professional at everything they did they were super kind friendly and explained everything to me they need to know about my HVAC system. I will definitely recommend these guys and your company to my friends and family if they ever need an air-conditioning system or furnace or anything installed by you guys.

John and his team did an awesome job installing our new AC after 20 years of having an old one that did awesome . The team was on time and really worked together in a timely manner . John was open to any questions we had and made sure to ask us as he went along did we have any questions along the process. The team was very respectful to our home and things . My sister and I are 💯 happy with our new AC and glad we had John and his team. 💯💯🏡

Randazzos was an wonderful company to work with for Mini Split installation. From our first meeting with Carl in sales, he provided us with all the thorough details we needed. On our install date, Justin Frederick and his team showed up right on time. They worked all day with great communication the whole way. They kept everything very neat and clean, the whole crew was very friendly and professional. They gave us detailed directions on how to use and clean our new mini split units. It was a great experience from start to finish. We will definitely recommend them and call them again for any heating/cooling needs. Thank you To the whole Randazzos team!

The good: Pricing and financing options are competitive. Also scheduling an estimate, installation and service are quick and easy.

The not so great: I had my quote, install and service done during the height of COVID. I wore a mask whenever someone entered my house. The representatives would not voluntarily put on a mask unless I asked, which felt a little awkward.

The scary: A few weeks after install, I started smelling gas fumes around the furnace. I called for inspectors to investigate. They quickly identified the gas leak and fixed the issue. They then spent a total of 2 minutes looking at the hook ups and put "inspected" green stickers on the furnace and AC unit.

The terrifying: About 1 year later, the furnace failed during a cold winter's night. I had a technician come out the next day to troubleshoot. While poking around, he removed the faceplate cover on the AC coils (which sits right above the furnace-heating element). Attached to the inside of the faceplate were charred paper installation instructions. The technician cringes and says, "oh wow, those shouldn't be in there. Those really shouldn't be in there."

Randazzo seems to have the structure and customer service to be a great company. However, they need to spend some more time training service providers. In this training, they need to learn how to be more thorough with checking their work as well as taking time to do a great job.

Dennis, Keith & Bryant showed on time as promised. Worked non stop until job was complete. When the job was complete and Dennis did a walk thru with me, I was very pleased. Everything was beautifully done. Plus no mess. With Carl and these guys you are very lucky to have them. Nancy E Slavin

My home air con went out on Friday. I called. They had a technician out named Brian by
9 30 Saturday morning. He was pleasant and professional. I needed R22 recharge on an old system . I got it! I also found out afew things I didn't know about my Hvac system . HE WAS VERY HELPFUL!

Carlo is an excellent technician. He knows his job.
