Russell was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was respectful of my time and current work situation. I had a job interview the day he was planning to come back, and rather than calling me, he texted to make sure there wasn’t an interruption (he acknowledged this in his text, as well). Also, he was understanding of our situation and gave us an upfront price and diagnosis of our AC situation. He never pressured me into scheduling a follow up appointment or any unnecessary additions to the repair. Very personable and professional, you’re lucky to have found such a great employee!

I used Air Doctors to repair my furnace. After calling around, these guys were the only ones able to have someone come out same day. Miles was very professional and great at explaining all that was wrong with my furnace. He had my family's safety as a concern because one of safety switches was not properly attached. When it came to the repair he was quickly in and out. I have already recommended Air Doctors to my mother. Thank you!!!

My furnace stopped working and I found Air Doctors online and saw the great reviews, so i called them after work (5pm on Monday) and they were able to get someone out the next morning (Tuesday). Brynn showed up and found that there were a few issues. He was professional and super knowledgeable. One of the issues he found was that my ducts had never been cleaned and the fan needed to be replaced. I decided to go ahead with getting the ducts cleaned and he got a crew scheduled for the next day (Wednesday). Jason and Arley showed up and were awesome! I cannot express how great they were to work with and the level of service they provided. After cleaning the ducts they found another issue and stayed hours ensuring there was an explanation to what they were seeing. Thank you very much Jason, Arley and Brynn. You guys are great and I would have you back anytime!

My husband and I had Air Doctors out to our house for a furnace servicing and to receive estimates for other services on Saturday. They sent us back a comprehensive estimate write up with add-on services as requested the very same night. Once we agreed to the services, they were prompt in scheduling and were back on Wednesday to complete the requested boot fix, furnace return repair, and to install a new dryer vent system. We could not have been happier with their services. Their prices are high, but more than fair for the quality of service and the professionalism of their crew.

Really impressed with the service and work. Tech was on time, followed COVID guidance and was very courteous. My ac went out and i called this company. They responded very quickly and got my unit fixed the NEXT DAY! This is pretty awesome considering the times we’re in. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained what he was completing. The fix was quick, even with as much as i had go bad on my unit. I seriously HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Thanks again.

I found this business online and they had great reviews plus they were on channel 4 advertising their business. I like to support minority owned businesses and I was so happy I did. The service repairman was Miles and he was really knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the problem and the solution and was able to complete the job in less than 2 hrs. We had no hot water and needed emergency service. Airdoc responded quickly and had a tech out in the timeframe promised. I strongly encourage you to use them for any service you need.

Air Doctors replaced my 34-year-old system packed into a tight attic space. This difficult job consumed four long days of effort with up to four tech experts on hand at times. The results are total satisfaction.

My furnace went out on one of the coldest days, which was a Sunday. I paid double to have this company come and fix it. They told me the the motor and switch were bad and he couldn’t fix it that day, but would call Monday to see if he could get the parts, and if he could, he could try to come Monday and repair (for a cost of over $2,000). He texted me and called Monday saying that he would have to use a universal motor, it may cost even more than the quote and I needed to sign that I wanted service so he could do the repairs.

When I was shocked at the price, I called another company. One said that he didnt have time until the end of the week to come and fix it but said that if the motor and switch needed to be repaired they could do it for $400. The other came and discovered the motor was fine and could repair the capacitor and switch for $250, but he found the unit not to be safe. The two companies that have seen the unit both agree that the motor is fine, but be capacitor was worn out (again I saw the motor running fine with the new capacitor). Also, agreed that the unit was cracked, and while not necessarily leaking CO2, because of the crack, it should not (and cannot by law) be repaired.

When I brought this information to the attention of the company and asked for a refund, he requested that I send the receipt which I did. They suggested the other company (a large respected competitor) was lying about the crack (however, I have pictures and a third company that verified the cracks). The furnace is now being replaced.

This company is a prime example of bad customer service and bad service (in terms of your technician). This company fleeced me in pricing during a heating crisis, the bad service could be classified as willful neglect and (had I not been so diligent or had the resources) it could have potentially caused real harm to my tenants.

Anyone who has any questions or wants evidence, let me know, happy to share. I can also give you the names of the companies that provide a much higher quality service with reasonable prices.

Everyone from scheduler to techs doing the work were professional and accommodating. Got our furnace back up and running in no time! Would highly recommend!
