Jason and his partner were great! Very nice and professional. They were able to help us when our furnace went out and recommended some things to watch for and do so avoid this in the future.

Miles was very professional and did a great job explaining things to us. The day after the repair the AC stopped working again, he came over within 15 minutes and added refrigerant to get it back up and running. I would recommend.

This is one of the few businesses that advertises 24-hr a day service and actually answers the phone on off hours. The technician came to our house within 90 minutes of my call on one of the coldest and snowiest days of the year and fixed our furnace in one visit. They even sent us a text when the technician was on his way. If I ever need heating or cooling service again they will be my first call.

Air Doctors have amazing service, I was able to communicate clearly of what I wanted and they executed it very well. Melissa was able to get me in when I was available and if there was any problem I was told straight away. The level of assistance I had gotten was superb, I felt as though as they cared of what my concerns were and walked me through everything that need to be done. I’ll make sure to come back if I needed anything else, they have found a lifelong fan within me.

Jason was here at the time he quoted and was very professional. We had lost heat and he came in checked everything and went above what I was expecting them to do for the price. I will definitely use only them for all my heating and cooling work. Great company got me an appointment within hours of calling them. Thank you Jason for all your work and professionalism.

Jose and Ryan thoroughly cleaned my driver vent and ducting. They left my room cleaner than when they arrived. They explained every step of the process and provided before and after pictures. I highly recommend!

We had Miles come out today to take a look at our furnace that stopped working last night. He was professional, helpful, and when the repair was very simple, he did a few diagnostics to make it worth the cost of having someone come out. I would definitely use this company again for any other hvac needs that come up in my home.

I would give this company negative stars if I could.... they came out to "repair" our A/C unit and it worked for less than 24 hours. We called back for them to come out and they gave us the runaround for 2 weeks. I had another company to come out and diagnose the problem and they said it looks like the other company did this but it would be hard to prove. Finally spoke with the owner (Brand) and he said he wanted to fix the issue. Said he understands my frustration and wanted to try and fix it. Made an appointment for after work when I would be home and when I told him I was 20 minutes away he canceled. He stated that he would be paying his tech overtime and I said I would be home by 6 and I never said that (I work in Ohio, I get off at 5:30 and on a good day my drive is 1 hour and 20 minutes). I asked Brand to schedule the time for 1st thing in the morning and ill send someone over to let them in but he insisted that the owner be home. He waited till I said I was 20 minutes away and told me he sent his tech home..... they are running from the situation because he knows they did something wrong. He couldn't understand my frustration with being put off AGAIN and started to accuse me of lying about the times I called in..... went from saying sorry we want to fix this and "some how you slipped through the cracks" to a different tune of you didn't even call until the 14 of July and u were serviced June 29.... needless to say BRAND and the AIR DOCTORS HEATING AND COOLING got our money (around $1600.00) and my A/C is gonna cost me another $3600.00 to get a new one b/c of them. Great service. Jason and Dan were very professional and knowledgeable about all HVAC inquiries that I had. Explained everything in detail as to what they were doing and what they needed to do. I would definitely recommend service to everyone.

We needed an A/C unit installed. We called this company after getting estimates from a couple others and they were very responsive and professional. They laid out and tested all possible options to save our old unit before we talked about replacing it. The price is reasonable and the equipment is top of the line. The install was fast and they left no mess. They came back the next day to check their work and give the rundown of what was done. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for good service and a reasonable price!
