Longer story

I absolutely love this company. A few years ago I had my furnace installed by Chris and this year, like many people, my AC died before the summer ended. This time, I did decide to "adult" a little more and got estimates from Randazzo and Air Temperature Control (ATC), because why not, and it's also a learning experience for me.

While the salesman from Randazzo was very nice, his price was a sticker shock and not something I wanted to pay as we were approaching the end of the season.

Chris, from ATC, called me within 2 seconds of submitting an estimate form, which was shortly after the man from Randazzo left. He was here in less than an hour to give me the estimate and it took a fraction of the time. He quickly looked at mission control, aka, the furnace/AC area, gave me two estimates, told me how the install would go, sent me the two proposals through email and away we went. The prices couldn't be beat. 2 days later his very friendly crew showed up and installed my new AC. I texted him twice regarding how nice these guys were.

I know for me, it's hard to invite people into your home for jobs like these, but they made the process very easy and I happily worked while they took care of things. I am very grateful and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

They responded quickly with an estimate and then completed the work as agreed. The workmanship seems first rate. I will use them to upgrade our AC in the future.

This company has a ten year warranty on their installs and they really honor it. I am 6 years after my install and they came today serviced my unit charged the refrigerant and didn’t charge me a dollar. I am a customer for life.

Unfortunately these reviews won't allow to upload a picture but I have a picture of a Lennox part the exact one 19w16 that was just installed.yes plenty of parts on the internet as you mentioned but this was the exact part your tech just installed Lennox 19w16 ignitor and anyone can Google that " original" part $ 55.29 but I was charged $235 for it now granted no labor was listed on the receipt or the "cost" to go drive get the part.a common part that fails. humm not in the truck.ok.suspicious at best and the tech initially told me he didnt have the part and it would take 2 weeks to get one, then he magically found one at his livonia a warehouse.humm ???
