Air Doctors Heating and Cooling, LLC.

Called Air Doctors to advise on uneven cooling in our 3 story home. Brynn provided a few different options to improve the situation and explained the trade offs of each rather than just try to push or sell something. He also pointed out some inherent issues with our current system (recently purchased from a different company) that helped explain why we were experiencing the variation. Feeling let down by the other company and now wishing I would have known to call Air Doctors first. They’ll be our first dial when we need to update again.

We bought an older house and we have been fixing this place for 2 years now. My wife had been pestering me to do air duct cleaning, but I was skeptical because everyone reads the articles online that say "don't clean vents can do more bad than good" etc etc. Well that's a load of bologna, so glad I called.

These guys came out and were so professional, wore boot covers in the house, and were extremely clean. Took pictures of every vent to show me what it looked like before as they were doing it, and what it looked like afterwards. They did the dryer vent too, man was it dirty.

Result: The air quality is so much better, definitely using again. What professionals, thank you very kindly!

Corey was excellent. He actually came one week earlier than my scheduled appointment. He was nice, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also worked in the pouring rain to fill my condenser full of refrigerant. 100% recommendation.

Excellent company! We are very happy with the service provided ... our thermostat issue was quickly resolved. The thermostat we’d had for less than 6 months stopped working and we had no heat on what was the coldest day of the year at that point. Camille at Air Doctors was very helpful and said a technician could come out the same day, she provided a name and arrival timeframe. Shortly after, Corey called to tell us exactly when he’d be to our house. Corey was polite, professional and respectful; he assessed the issue and attempted to repair the thermostat. Throughout, Corey explained what he was doing and where the problem originated; he patiently answered all of our questions. Corey provided options (models & pricing) for a new thermostat, which he then acquired and installed. In a few hours we once again had a warm and toasty home! We were impressed with and very happy to have worked with Corey. Our entire experience with Air Doctors (including initial call with Camille) was positive and we will use Air Doctors for our future HVAC needs. We highly recommend this business to others. Melissa answered my call and displayed a high level of professionalism from the first time we spoke. Once the tech Myles arrived he further displayed professionalism, he also took the time to explain the problem I was experiencing with my furnace. Melissa followed up after the tech which made me more comfortable to continue with the installation of a brand new unit! I am so satisfied with Air Doctors; their professionalism, excellent communication, and time management skills are unmatched! I would recommend them hands down!! Miles, the technician who came to look at my AC unit, was exceptional. He explained everything about my AC, and it helped me understand what needed to be done. Great experience and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Air Doctors were so very helpful in getting to my home asap, when I had a problem with no heat and my carbon dioxide detector was going off . They came immediately and Cory, who I dealt with was so so helpful and throughly took care of the problem.
He explained everything to me in detail, he also did numerous diagnostic testing, and also went and got parts and repaired a very problematic issue. He then reassured me that things were good after all repairs were made. I want to thank them and Cory for all the help in a very terrible situation and time , especially with it being so cold out. I have my furnace working now, and if there are any other problems , he said to call him directly. I give them more than a 5 star rating . Feeling comfortable again in my home...thank you Air Doctors, and thanks especially go out to Cory !!!!

Jason was very friendly and helpful while he was here. He arrived within the time window I was given and called 20 minutes before his arrival. He gave honest feedback on what he thought needed to be done and showed me the readings of my house so I knew things were in order. He was patient and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend his services!
