Extremely pleased with the professionalism and forthright honesty received from Cheyo while servicing the central A/C unit. Price was more than fair for labor and repair parts. I highly recommend Service First and will certainly use them in the future.

Paul and his crew responded quickly when our furnace went out. They identified the problems and gave us options. We decided to replace our old furnace and they were able to install it the very next day. The two installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. They even helped us confirm that an old leak above our furnace was not a current concern. I will definitely call them again.

Do not call Paul, worst Hvac experience Ive ever had. Memorial day weekend I turned my air on for the first time and it wouldnt work. Service first was the only place available so I called them and Paul scheduled me for sunday at 1. He came out looked it over and said there is nothing he can do the compressor is bad and it will cost me 1800 to repair. But he recomends I replace the entire system for 3750. My system is carrier and he has no parts for carrier. Anyway come tuesday when all the hvac contractors open I have another contractor come to give me a second opinion. Within 5 minutes they found a bad shrader valve. Replace it and charge my system and now my air is working fine for a 200 dollar repair. This guy was trying to rip me off 1800 minimum and thats after I payed him 140 for him saying its bad. Worst tech I have ever seen in my life what a joke. DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS PLACE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE FOR UNEEDED WORK!!!!!

Service First Heating and Cooling installed a new system in my home. It was an extremely challenging install, furnace in a tight closet, custom ductwork was needed, etc.
Jeremiah and Tony arrived on time, had my
Old system out within an hour and recycled and proceeded to install the new system start to finish in another three hours. Within 30 minutes temp in my home was back to 65 degrees. Our old system couldn’t bring it to less then 73 on a mild day and it was always clammy. They fabricated a solution to install filters to filter out allergens for my daughter who has breathing complications.

Please consider using them, you won’t regret it. 10/10!

Called this company after a not so satisfactory experience with another contractor. Not only did they send someone out in 30 minutes or less, Cheyo was and excellent technician who took the time to answer my many questions. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend this company.

Had an issue with our furnace this morning called service first on a recomendation. Paul was quick to respond explained the problem to me and fixed it for a reasonable price. Very personable and easy to talk to .very knowledgeable technician. I cant recomend this company any higher. If u find urself in a bind like i did let service first help you out of it.

Fast and professional service. They were quick to get back to me and I got my repairs done the same day. I had them do AC repairs at two locations and couldn't be happier with the price and service they provided.
