Project Manager, Andy Carver did an amazing job at our clinic. We had all new HVAC units installed with new thermostats throughout our whole office. We were struggling with the new thermostats at first and in this heat/humidity it was a little rough. Andy came in and listened to what we needed and was able to get the building cooled down before he left and made the thermostats "a little more user friendly". We've used Adrian Mechanical for plumbing and HVAC services for years. Their response times are great. They've always been professional and courteous, whether we're dealing with front office staff or technicians on site. When we've had maintenance or repair issues, the technicians have always taken the time to explain and show us what's not working and what needs to be done to fix problems and/or prevent future issues.

One very hot weekend the air conditioner at Hospice of Lenawee wasn't functioning correctly. Tom came out within a few minutes of my call despite it being a weekend and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem! He doesn't know how important his work was that day but the patients and families that were spending their last moments together were able to do so in comfort due to him fixing everything so quickly. He was also respectful and helpful to the nursing staff. On behalf of the patients, families, and the nurses there that day thank you for your expertise. Your work makes a huge difference!
