They were prompt and very mindful of budget. I had originally called for a replacement and they were the only company to call me back with an estimate. And not only an estimate but options. They were easy to work with, returned my calls within a business day and were very mindful of what I needed as well as what was the best option for my situation. I will use them again in the future.

I had Service First install mini splits for my house and I am thrilled with the products and the experience. Service First gave estimates that were accurate, detail oriented, and respectful to the needs and care of an antique home. They provided solutions that other companies would not do. The installation process was smooth and the crew was just great to work with. They showed up early! When does that happen? The install was completed on time. Any unexpected issue was dealt with and I was informed throughout the process. I had the mini splits installed a year ago and it's proven to be a great decision. I was warm when I needed to be; cool when I needed to be; and guest rooms were adjustable to my guest's preferences. I've had a few questions along the way and Paul has responded in a timely way and the experience has been effortless.

I contacted Paul with a poor cooling air conditioning unit for my house. He came out that evening, diagnosed the issue and gave me options and possible prices for each option. Very prompt service. Had to contact him a second time for an issue of my own doing and once again contacted me the very next day , came out and made a repair that day. I highly recommend Service First!!!

Our AC went out on Memorial Day. We called them just to leave a message for the morning. Much to our surprise they returned our call within 5min on a holiday! They were able to get us an estimate the very next day, and temporally fixed our old unit until they could get a new one in, at not cost. I would recommend them.

When our ancient furnace went out in the middle of winter Service First responded quickly, came out and gave us a quote for a new furnace and while we were at it a new air conditioner too. Pleasant, friendly and a good quote, but they said it would be a week. We left a message that we would check with other places, they called back quickly and said they could do it in a couple of days and install the air conditioner a couple of weeks later. Kind and courteous staff!! We tried to start the air conditioner Memorial Day weekend, no luck. Trouble shooted a bit then called Service First on a Sunday, they said they would be out in an hour, awesome! Found out the thermostat was not set up right for air and the new unit had leaked after installation and all the freon was gone, so even though the unit was now running, no cold air. Said they would be back Tuesday.

Paul was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to me thoroughly and it was nice to be able to understand exactly what was wrong. Thanks for the great service! I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling work done!

Company spent 20min Total at house that's including writing proposal for new unit. Stated mine had leak and couldn't be fixed. Another company came looked at unitput some refregiant in it. Unit was just low. No leaks. It's bad that a local company doesn't want to help people. Just sell new and not take care of customer. I suggest you get a second opinion before using this company.very disappointed.

They did a great install for my parents. Good price and really good service. If they were closer to my home I'd use them all the time, but I call them for any big job since we are almost two hours away.
