Anthony was great. He was at our house less than two hours after we called. He saw what needed to be done, went to the shop to get what was needed and repaired our furnace. He explained what he found and the needed work. Holly and Debby were great in the office as well. We would recommend them and use them again.

Our pipes froze and burst, and being that it is an old house we couldn’t figure out where all the lines even were. These guys came out and did and excellent job getting everything fixed up, and working for us.
We went from feeling absolutely hopeless, and “stuck” to feeling like a home again thanks to this company.

I had Shoemaker do an I I Shoemaker inspected furnace prior to me buying house, less than 3 weeks later furnace failed, had to replace. I was told that it was putting out too many amps so I asked what amps were on inspection and was told they don't check amps when inspecting furnace. Had been smelling faint gas in yard from day one of moving in, which was one day after inspection. Sub par inspection cost me $$$

Technician Anthony is very professional, and patiently answered all our questions. He is a top-notch employee! We were very impressed. We have always been quite satisfied with Shoemaker service for plumbing and heating needs.

Very professional. The owner came out and evaluated what I needed then went back to the office and gave me a quote within an hour. I told him to go ahead with replacing my airconditioning system. The very next day he sent out a couple of young guys in their twenties with all the equipment and tools they needed to do the job. I watched them do most of the job. They were very professional and you could tell that they took a lot of pride in their work. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would highly recommend them.

These guys are the best. AC went out, Kevin and the team came out and gave advice/options. No hard selling, just advice that fit our situation...team was professional and got the job done in one day. Couldn't ask for anything more. If you need heat/ac service anywhere in Lenawee County this is the company to call

Had the AC go out just before the July 4th holiday, when it was nice and HOT. I called, at about 4:55 pm, and they got me on the schedule for the next day. Although they couldn't fix my unit due to age, they worked diligently through the holiday weekend and into the following week to find part, and ultimately install a new system. The owner came to my house THE DAY they told me i would need a new unit to look at the home and figure out what i would need. He offered 4 options with a wide range of prices. I was able to select one, notify them the next morning, and get financing set-up very quickly. They came out the next day and installed the unit in about a half day.

This is the second time we've used them, with the prior just being for basic maintenance. We have been pleased with our decision so far and will continue to use them in the future.
