McNeill Heating & Air Conditioning CO Service

My husband and I received 4 quotes from other contractors (2 others never even showed up....I will remain them nameless) and either the prices were too expensive or they lacked customer service skills. We made an appointment with McNeill and Eddie showed up that same evening. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the mini ductless system we requested.
On the 2 days of installation Eddie showed up not only on time but also had another contractor named Vinnie who was just as professional.
We couldn't be happier with their service and I HIGHLY recommend people to look no further when getting any A.C. system installed.

A great experience from beginning to end. I unexpectedly needed a new A/C system for a house I just bought and Eddie was professional and informative without the annoying sales pressure. He was patient with me during the weeks it took me to get through an excruciating process with a home warranty company.
The installation was spread out over several days and Vinny was awesome. He stayed focused on completing the job, answered all my questions and endured unbelievable heat in my attic for many hours. He made sure all needed adjustments were completed and that the system was running perfectly before he left.
I’m so happy that I have a/c now and that I chose the perfect company to do business with.

Ed and crew came into my house and did a complete installation. Gas heat and cold air. The work they did was incredible. The price was the best. I got quotes from everybody. Their price and equipment was the best. They cleaned up everyday like they weren’t even there. From start to finish was faster than expected. If you go to any other company your cheating yourself. Ed is the man. He knows this stuff. I’m more than 100% confident that he will do as good a job for you as he did for me. The rest of the crew was also excellent extremely professional and new there stuff. Calls to their office we’re always answered and I was treated like they knew me for ever.

They not only came the same day as I called but arrived early, finished quickly and Eric was very helpful. He made some suggestions about future cleaning of my AC unit. The cost was reasonable , too. Love them!

Just had 4 minisplits installed, Eddie and his guys did a great job. We had one small issue (cosmetic) and they came right out and fixed it to our liking.
Had a slightly better price from other installers (HD) but they dropped the ball twice (getting back to me with requested information, and again on getting me a written price), made me feel they didn't want my business. McNeill was timely and we are very happy with the job. Now, if only they could work on my gas boiler!

I have been using McNeill Heating and AC since the 1970’s. Jim McNeill has installed the heat and AC units initially in 1976 and replaced them after 30 years or so with high efficiency units. He has also installed a Fujitsu mini-split heat and AC for my sunroom. I have always found Jim to be responsive to my needs and his prices reasonable. His crew is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The team at McNeil was incredibly helpful, honest, and timely. They provided expert advice as to what a/c and hot water heater my home needed, helped with rebates and financing and provided an over all exceptional customer experience. Thank you I highly recommend!!!!!
