Angel did an amazing job installing my central air cooling system. He was very polite and professional. I could highly recommend.

Our a/c started leaking and stopped working at the worst of the heat wave, we called Angel and he came on the same day to fix it. It is the second time we use his services and both time were fast and efficient. We’ll definitely be using him all the time for our system maintenance!

I am disappointed in the professionalism of this company. They had no showed not one but twice. I understand problems arise and after calling and receiving a response 45 minutes after our first scheduled appointment I had agreed to set up another appointment. Yet again they were a no show and after messaging I received a response 50 minutes after our scheduled appointment that they were stuck at another job. I understand that jobs run over and problems arise however a no show is unacceptable. I found Carattini to be very unreliable.

We called with a possible emergency situation on a Saturday. Angel responded within 30 minutes and came to look at it within a few hours. Him and his wife were very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to ensure everything was working properly and fixed. We would recommend them in a heartbeat and are so happy to have a reliable service team in the future. Thank you so much!

Angel is a great guy with so much experience and it shows in his work experience and knowledge. He was able to come over to clean and maintain my furnace. I recommend his service to anyone that is looking to do pretty much any install or maintenance. It was a pleasure to have him over.

Excellent and prompt service, even when we called after hours. The emergency repair we needed was taken care of within an hour after placing the call on a Friday night before a storm. Having just had emergency surgery earlier in the day, it was excellent to have such a quick response and to not worry about losing heat and hot water when our boiler suddenly shut down. More than happy with Angel's pricing and customer service. We won't go anywhere else, after our experience with Carattini's. HIGHLY recommend if you are in need of repairs. I am so happy with my choice to use Carrattini Boiler and Furnace Repair. As new home owners the last thing you want to find is that the inspector didn’t do his job and passed your 30 year old heating system when in reality it didn’t work properly at all. Angel came over inspected the system and took extra time to ensure we had all zones heating. Called again because a few weeks later the system wouldn’t start. He was able to work his magic and get it going again. We discussed replacing the system. After getting additional quotes that were significantly higher, and because of Angel’s thorough explanations of what was needed and why, beyond the boiler itself (piping, valves, correcting problems that were not up to code) we choose Carattini. This company is 100% about providing good customer service and was able to keep the cost very reasonable. Our home is toasty warm and we are so relieved to not have to worry about losing heat in the winter. I highly recommend Carattini and once you choose them you will too!!
