Kris @ City Service Company Inc was incredibly helpful! He took his time, explained what he was doing, fixed several other repair people's prior mistakes & found the CORRECT replacement parts. Boiler is running smoothly, quitely & with far better efficiency! After YEARS of trying to find someone capable & willing to do the job right, I'm so grateful for his excellent work & commitment to detail!

Kris, Regina and the team are AWESOME!! They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and they exceeded my expectations. I had several contractors provide a quote on a new boiler. When Kris provided his quote, he spent 30 minutes with me and I was not even their customer yet! I decided to go with City Service Company because of their knowledge, their affordable rate, and their professionalism. My new boiler looks amazing and I am very happy. Kris even moved the boiler location over a little bit to accommodate the shelves I had in the area. A HUGE THANK YOU to a job well done. We are very happy customers!!! I would highly recommend City Service Company.

I had the pleasure of having City Service provide a great quote and do the installation of a new furnace and hot water tank in my home. Kris, Regina and everyone that was involved have gone out of their way to make sure I had my furnace, fast, and hot water (1 day installation rather than the quoted 2 days). I am grateful and appreciative of the level of service and professionalism provided

I rarely write reviews, but for this company I must. Horrible customer service. Heating system was serviced and not even a few days after it was emitting a loud noise that was not present before. I had called them back with no intention of paying an additional cost for another issue that they certainly introduced when they performed maintenance the first time. I spoke to a half-asleep lady on the phone, and she failed to mention this fee (how convenient).

After refusing to pay ($149!), the owner got on the phone and proceeded to demand that I do. Mind you, the technician came out and literally looked at the component (with his eyeballs) with no labor performed. From what I quickly noticed during the discussion with the owner, was his “oh well” mentality mixed in with industry jargon and your typical sales pitch. I was left feeling like this was a money grab. In the end, they did not receive a dime and I will take your advice, Sir, and gladly take my business somewhere else and with people that are honest.

For those seeking service: I ask that you do the research and go with other established companies in your area. As mentioned in another 1-star review, this company here does not stand by their work.

Side note: I appreciate the technician who came out the first time as he was patient and provided decent recommendations. So, this review does not reflect the service he provided alone. The issue remains with the dishonest company he works for. My advice to you, Louis, is look for another established and honest company to work for as I wouldn’t be surprised if they're running game on you as well.

Very happy with their work! We were able to schedule our oil tank removal and have it completed within the week. He left our basement cleaner than he found it. Kris was friendly and professional at every step.

Kris and his crew were phenomenal. Kris is proud of his work and he shows it. He work is like art, neat and tidy. He knows his stuff. I've had two complete systems installed by City Services and they have done good by me on both accounts. I'd certainly recommend them as I have to several other people since.

My oil furnace stopped working today, when temperature is in single digits. I called City Service Company. Regina co-ordinated it very efficiently and tried to trouble shoot it with me. Then Kris came right away, and was very diligent, educative and highly professional. This will be my oil service company from now on.

Called to request service, was asked if I had been a customer in the past. Responded no, got put on hold, someone comes on the line and says they can’t help me. How’s that for professional? I can tell you one thing for sure, I’ll never be a customer of theirs….ever

Horrible customer service. Was told "I can't help you" after money was spent on servicing my system. Very unprofessional and DO NOT stand by their work. Their technician was the last person to put their hands on my system, yet the owner refused to service it. I've been a small business owner for over 30 years, I've never experienced a more unprofessional business owner or service. STAY AWAY...Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would give them zero stars if I could!!!!
