I’m writing this as I sit comfortably in my house at -10F, the coldest temperature in Boston since 1957. We had a very nice heating system installed by another contractor who unfortunately didn’t really understand how to set it up or service it. I called in Lavallee at the recommendation of my general contractor. Sam was extremely helpful and clearly knowledgeable about HVAC. Their technician John did a great job fixing the setup of the system to get it working smoothly. I also used their plumbers and they did a great job on our tankless water heater. I recommend Lavallee highly and would definitely use them again.
