10/10! Ron was fantastic - we just moved into our new house to find out that our central air wasn’t working. Ron came within 24 hours and fixed the issue (low refrigerant) in minutes. He spent the time telling me what he and his team was doing and what to be on the watch out for moving forward. He wasn’t interested in trying to up-sell me on services I didn’t need and was honest. I will be using D&D as my exclusive HVAC resource from now on!
