They are responsive in emergencies and are consummate professionals and knowledgeable; they patiently explain what needs to be done and my options and pricing. Overall they are an extraordinary company that I can trust. What more can one ask for? It is rare nowadays!

We have used 128 before for a large pipe replacement job. This time, they installed a new water heater and subsequently found a minor gas leak. Jared provided exceptional service. He was professional, friendly and thorough.

We were very satisfied with the work performed by Jeff F. And Sean L. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned the pipes going out to the city sewer lines, cut out some tree roots and replaced the brass clean out cap. They also gave us very helpful tips and suggestions. We would highly recommend their company for plumbing and pipe maintenance issues.

I just used 128 PHC for the first time for my mini split AC system. Luis was great, especially with keeping me informed at every step and sending me many photos and videos of where the problems were. I would highly recommend 128 and will definitely use them in the future.

Mark Delaney was fabulous. Not only did he seem to enjoy his work, but also wanting to help people. He was efficient, explained everything he did, and found the problem quickly and corrected it. Everyone at 128 has been exceptionally professional and helpful during a challenging time to repair so many things in my home. I loved working with Kevin, Eric, JP, Joe, Jared, Craig, John and the entire team to get the multiple day installs accomplished and finally be able to have heat, hot water, a new garbage disposal and an updated master bath with drains that don’t have blockages due to hair or grease in the kitchen. Life changing! Compassionate and great to work with when I had many plumbers or contractors not even call me back when we had the tankless water heater go down in frigid temps and left us panicked. Will use 128 for many more home projects. Thank you!

Richie, Jeff, and Chad were outstanding. They helped me with a significant main line sewer problem. They were easy to communicate with, and explained everything in a way we could understand. The team took the time to confirm needs and preferences, and provided a detailed inservice for system operation. I would definitely highly recommend.
