We called 128 plumbing to do an assessment after having issues with new Mini-splits (not blowing cold air) installed by another company. They were super responsive, even messaged via text on a weekend, and sent a tech to the house in 2 days. Mark was wonderful! He was very thorough in his evaluation and took alot of time explaining his findings to my husband and I. 128 recommended that we go back to the original installer, but provided a detailed list of everything the assumed could be the issue. I definitely recommend 128 to others and will be calling them going forward with any plumbing, AC, heating needs.

Five stars. Excellent service. Reasonable pricing. Extremely professional. Very responsive. Our tankless water heater was 15 years old and dying. It sprung a leak that wouldn't have been cost effective to try and repair. We contacted 128 in the evening after hours and they were very responsive to our texts. The next day we had a visit and got an estimate. The day after that we had a new Navien. Installed quickly and very professionally. The guys were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Covered everything with tarps, made no mess, left no mess. The pricing was reasonable and fair. I'm really pleased with the service and will use them again for sure. Look at the sexy new tankless. Love it!

I recently had my yearly maintenance appointment for my ductless units with 128 Plumbing. Anthony M. arrived promptly and did a great job! He was very thorough and walked me through each unit and even took pictures along the way so that they were attached along with my summary and invoice email. Anthony noticed that one of my units was in need of an extensive deep clean. He walked me through what the process would be and explained that this was part of the maintenance that should be done at least once every 5 to 7 years. It was reassuring to know that it wasn’t a result of what I did/did not do to cause this need for a deep clean. He was informative and helpful as he called the office and helped to schedule the appointment. They were able to schedule me for the very next day. Thank you Anthony!

James came to perform the extensive cleaning on one of my ductless units. He walked me through the process and I was able to observe all the “stuff” that was cleaned out of the unit. Yikes!! I was surprised and wasn’t expecting that. James completed the cleaning and left my living room spotless! I asked him a question about my boiler, seeking just some advice at which he offered to take a look at my system. He was very knowledgeable, and again walked me through an explanation of what could be happening with the issue I was describing and offered to let the office know, so that I didn’t even have to scramble and remember what to say when speaking to them in setting up another appointment. After several months of research and exploring the best company to work on for mini split heat pump system, 128 PHCE was the obvious choice and it did not disappoint. After several other consultations, my advisor Brad was the most professional to deal with, easiest to bounce ideas off of and his presented solutions best met my requests. The installation crew led by Wayne was courteous, communicated well and was very clean. Anything that being done was explained in an easy to understand manner and the patience of the entire installation team was great throughout the installation. Having an in house electrical and plumbing team (Louie was great) made the process as seamless as possible. The office team with Sandy and Amanda were quick to answer and were awesome in helping with the Mass Save process. Very happy with the entire experience and thankful to have done business with a great organization and looking forward to working with on any future needs.

We used 128 to do 6 mini splits in our 1950s home. 128 was great from the first consult with Mike who walked us through our options, took a ton of measurements, explained the process, and gave us our quote all within about an hour. He was really personable and super knowledgeable about how to maximize Mass Save rebates and the HEAT loan. Jared G led our installation this week and was amazing - he walked through every decision be was making, kept us up to date while also minimizing disruptions, and was really nice and professional. He was training 2 new employees and was clearly really knowledgeable and patient while explaining everything! Our house is old and definitely lopsided in places so some of the units were a challenge to line up but Jared made sure they all ended up perfect. He also worked closely with the 128 electricians who are upgrading our service to 200 amps. Huge bonus points that they were all great with our crazy loud dogs!!!

Gio and John were both such pleasures to work with. They arrived on time, were super courteous, knowledgeable and patient. We had a chandelier right under the leaking pipe and they took every care and worked around it. Finish the job quickly with quality and did a full clean up. Really enjoyed their work and would highly recommend. Thanks and happy holidays.

EDIT: Today, Richie and Cooper came to do some CIPP pipe lining for us and they did a fantastic job in a professional and timely manner. Now the sewer line from our house to the city line won't have root issues for the foreseeable future.

I've used 128 for a few years now, and are very happy customers. The folks in the main office are responsive and considerate, and all of the techs have been consistently awesome. Most recently Anthony M. and Luis M. handled annual maintenance on the Air Conditioner and Hot Water heater. They were professional and detail-oriented, and went above and beyond (going on the apartment building roof in the rain to check on the AC). I'm happy to renew the maintenance contracts for another 3 years because of the great work.

My condenser froze up on my central air unit and I made a service call to 128. They came out the next day for maintenance but realized it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. The following day a specialist came over to talk options and the very next day the crew was their to install the new equipment. The team of Frank and Steve were very friendly and professional. Their extra care and particularly neat job was quickly noticed. Not only is the central air blowing ice cold now but I also have a lot more room near the condenser and ducts on the furnace. They re-configured the lines and the ducts to tuck them away which really cleaned up the area. I highly recommend 128 for any cooling needs.
