Our plumbing technician Gio was excellent. He was efficient, clean and courteous. He explained all of the work being done and answered all of my questions.

Regarding 128 as a company, their prices are on the higher end of the scale, but if you want the job done right, and a company that stands by their work, then this is a great choice.

Lou and Noe came to install my mini split and were a pleasure to deal with. They were very neat and careful about protecting my furniture from dust and left the area spic and span. In addition to being very friendly, they, as well as Nick, made sure to explain the features of the remote device so that I felt comfortable using the system. As with my other dealings with 128 PHCE, I was quite pleased with the service.

Installed a 5 head heat pump system. My experience from start to finish was excellent. booking went smooth. Office staff very helpful with mass- save process Mike the sales guy was personable professional and not a pressure guy. Jared and Eudrick make a good team. Super clean job. Total pros. Impressed with the whole company process. Jared is a huge asset to your company. Thank you. A+ across the board.

Rafael and Roger did a great job. They were punctual, and completed the job in plenty of time. They did a good job of explaining everything that was going on, how to use the new heat pump and more.

They were very clean and kept me updated the whole time. I will be recommending them to family and friends for any HVAC and plumbing needs.

Only downside is the new thermostat can’t connect to a phone app or any smart devices without some sort of extra adaptor? This wasn’t made clear at all and for an expensive system in 2023 that should be standard. Will adjust me review if they help me out with that.

Technicians were extremely knowledgeable, professional & paid close attention to detail, They kept us well informed throughout the process and provided options to accommodate our needs. They were on time, courteous and cleaned everything impeccably. They were FABULOUS!!

Kyle was awesome. We had water in the basement and water coming from a pipe. He diagnosed the problem fixed the problem in short time. This was all at 9 pm at night on an emergency call. Kyle was awesome. We are lucky to have 128 Plumbing and Heating!!

This company was very quick to respond to an urgent plumbing system repair/replacement. John and Stephen were professional and communicated well throughout the job. Would recommend their service.

Received excellent service from Jeff F and Christian L for my blocked up main sewer line. They took care of it fast and walked me through the camera footage to explain what was happening and causing the blockage. The access point in my home is in a tough location behind my washer and dryer, but after clearing the blockage and cleaning up they put everything back and hooked it all up! Super friendly and knowledgeable, I was very happy with my service.

Andrew from the 128 team was great. He showed up on time, walked through the options for fix after initial diagnosis, and was able to resolve the issues all in one morning. He was friendly, and left my basement spotless after completing his work. Was great to call 128 on Thursday afternoon, and have the issue resolved in less than 24 hours.

Richie and Jeff repaired the sewer mainline by adding a new liner. It was a 2 day job between prep and actual install of the liner. They were professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. Kept me apprised of the progress and were just nice guys. They did a great job, highly recommend!
