Kyle and Chandler were efficient, professional, on time, completed the job quickly. They were polite and answered all my questions. I like that the company used text messaging instead of phone calls. Always a quick response. Eric was also great when he came to check out everything. Great to do business with!

Kyle from 128 arrived today to repair what I believed to be a leaking pipe. He knew immediately what the problem was and was able to explain everything in detail to me in a way that I was able to understand and repaired what needed to be repaired. I thought he was very professional & very knowledgeable.

The Service was top notch Kyle and Chandler were phenomenal at installing my hot water heater and getting it running. Craig was also very helpful with helping with some piping replacement under my sink. They provided great service and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need that may come up.

I had a fantastic experience working with 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric! I recently purchased a home and the heating system had not been serviced in quite some time, Joe took adequate time to properly assess and clean the system to ensure it is running at peak performance. I am thankful I called 128 as there are many options for these kinds of services and some are better than others. In addition, I called 128 and was able to get an appointment the same week! If you want a first class experience for all your HVAC needs, look no further!

Had a shower/bath leak. John came early to find the very hard-to-spot leak, buried in the wall between tub surround and kitchen cabinetry. After successful diagnosis and a plan of action, Craig came back later the same day to complete the work, which included the heroic task of crawling into an under-kitchen-sink cabinet (pictured), cutting through the wall and replacing copper…by my estimate, about 3.3 cubic feet of workspace for Craig to fit into and work in. Great experience with 128.
