Excellent service, quick work, not a single thing to complain about! They were able to quickly get an appointment scheduled and then the tech came right on time, got the job done and was helpful, courteous, and efficient.

Evan did a great job. He arrived early (after calling ahead) and performed a quick repair on my kitchen faucet and inspected my kitchen connections. He was efficient, courteous and professional. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Replaced furnace and water heater, team was quick efficient and courteous of home home. They went over the new equipment and the new electrical work with me when they were done. While they were working there were pipes and wires all over the place but when I went into basement once they were done I was surprised to see it was like they were never there. Impecable clean up job. Very impressed with the quality of this work.

Patrick was amazing!! The main breaker in our panel failed. I called Heritage Home Service and Patrick arrives within a couple of hours. He confirmed what I described as having happened. I knew that there was a chance that the entire panel might need replacing, but Patrick was able to replace the faulty breaker itself. He analyzed our service at my request and gave me a quote to upgrade it. I hate dealing with contactors etc. but this experience was extremely positive. The next time I need electrical or other services I am definitely calling Heritage!

Evan was thorough, professional and responsible. He detected the problem and explained what needed to be done to fix it. He found another issue and we rectified that as well. He analyzed a couple of areas that need to be addressed. He was helpful and timely.

Matt was very professional and made sure to answer all of our questions regarding a light fixture in our daughters room that was concerning us for a problem. He even recommended suggestions on what would be a good replacement fixture to install and gave us a quote that same day. We will definitely call heritage home service for any other future concerns/issues and installation help!

Matt was terrific. He identified my problems with the thermostats and resolved some issues that should have been addressed in regular ongoing maintenance. And, luckily for me, electricians were in the neighborhood and resolved the thermostat issues immediately. Great bunch of guys.

Very nice and professional. Very overpriced in my opinion. I was quoted $595 to install a dishwasher and even didn’t need them to remove the old one either as I was taking care of removing . A good plumber in MA costs usually are within $170 and $250 an hour plus materials.. Installation of a dishwasher usually takes between 30min and an hour. So $595 is more than twice what I was expecting. I told them I was not comfortable paying that amount, as I work in the Realestate industry and use many plumbers in many areas. I paid them the $89 required for coming out and didn’t have them do any work to the property. I would advise not using any plumbing company that will not tell you an estimate of the costs or a general hourly rate. I’ve seen this before and believe this to be a predatory practice. I can’t speak on the quality of work as I would not accept their quote, but still had to pay for the quote. But overall I see this experience as a bait and switch.

I have since gotten the work done by another plumber for a little over 1K. Heritage quoted me over 3k for the whole job…

In December our pipes burst on the third floor and resulted in water damage to the first, second and third floors. We called Heritage Home Service for an estimate to address the electrical systems. Electricians Patrick and Kenny were prompt and professional. They thoroughly inspected the affected areas on all three floors and basement. They advised us of their recommendations and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with this initial meeting.

I am completely happy with Beth’s service. Everything went smoothly and they got it all done in the time frame they told me it would take. I give Beth, Michael and Heritage all 10s. They are a pleasure to do business with and I trust them.

I am completely satisfied with the service that Michael Gamache gave me. He is extremely personable, explains everything he is doing and how long it will take and takes the time to discuss. Michael is a jewel. I wish everyone who comes to work at my home could be as good as he is. Hold on to him!!
