While the initial set up process was not nearly as easy as I hoped it would be, ordering and paying for fuel online has definitely had its advantages. I find that in online price comparisons , they are nearly always the lowest quote available, and they frequently offer additional cents off loyalty promotions. Additionally, they are easy to call and reach someone personally if you have a question. I like the fact that they offer a bio additive into their fuel which many other companies do not. Overall, I have found their fuel to burn very clean, and after they deliver oil, I do not have an oil smell in my basement like I have with other delivery companies..

Moved to Ct 8years ago. Didn’t know anyone and found Payless by chance and never been happier the staff is so helpful. The women who work there are great on the phone and never sound like your bothering them. Just love this company. The delivery super fast and are always willing to help any way they can. Would recommend

I realized on Saturday of a holiday weekend that our tank was literally on empty. Ordered online right away. Online ordering is great! The website is very user friendly. I was unsure if they were working the holiday on Monday, it was delivered by 3 pm on Monday. We were so pleased!! I would recommend Paylessforoil, great prices, great ordering process and great customer service.
