I bought a new place with antique heating system, and needed oil fast. Not only way Paylessforoil the cheapest around, but they onboarded me really quickly (through a video inspection of my boiler) and delivered oil very quickly.

Great people, awesome company! I called on a Sunday, when I was close to running out of oil. Within 2 days they delivered oil, they were also happy to help with some "just in case" tips to help keep my family and I warm while we wait. When the oil was delivered, I received the normal delivery slip from the driver, as well as an email copy of the slip. They even notified me of the delivery via text! As a mom of a 2 year old, all the communication, both in person and via telephone, is immensely helpful. They're also about 10 cents cheaper than most companies in the area.

Ordered my oil on line with Pioneer Valley Oil. Price was 3.99 Gallon. After losing my order and numerous phone calls trying to correct the problem, they finally found it. They said they would deliver on Wednesday, then came Thursday and then Friday. Gave them a call on Friday and they promised Saturday delivery. They finally came late Saturday. When I placed the on line order, they never sent me a receipt. Purchase was for 599.95 dollars. When they delivered the fuel oil they charged me 4.37 per gallon. 38 cents more per gallon. Without the on line receipt I couldn’t prove they had over charged me. Shady company would not recommend this company to anyone.
