I WAS NOT EXPECTING TO PAY $4.79 A GALLON WHEN I LOOKED MY TANK IT SHOWED HALF FULL I THOUGHT I NEED 120 GALLONS I DID NOT KNOW IT WILL TAKE ONLY 94.5 GALLON AND PENALIZED AND PAY HIGHER PRICE.

Excellent service. I had never lived in a home heated by oil. So I started off unclear with the typical process, and was most likely a customer that was more trouble than typical. The staff is particularly good about customer service. I love that they have a completely informative and functional website. The purchasing process is very well-designed and easy (online). Delivery is always quick, and I haven't had any cause for concern for damage to the yard or random problems with the trucks or staff. I don't have much experience in dealing with this heating fuel, but I don't have any interest in even trying another company.
