If you are a new customer in takes awhile to get oil. I had a delivery before but apparently they did not have a record of it. You need to send pics of your tank to be approved which is fine. Upon approval you can then order oil but you never know how long it will take to arrive and they won't tell you a date. Took over a week to get oil.
Price jumped 50 cents a gallon waiting for approval. If I knew it would have taken that long I could have gotten it cheaper and right away from our regular company. It ended up costing me 10 cents more a gallon. It may workout better now on future orders.

Payless is consistently at the lower end of pricing and is prompt in getting deliveries out. If there are any questions I find there is always help a phone call away. Been a customer for a decade and say don't change a thing.

We placed an order for 100 gallons and used a promotional discount that Payless was running. They were prompt with the delivery and honored the 100 gallon price that I ordered even though our tank only held 90.5 gallons. Upon inspection my husband thinks the little float in the gauge might be a little off. I was very appreciative of Payless and their wonderful service.
