This company installed a whole house mini split system. I was very impressed with the professionalism and personal attention to detail. The installers were very polite and ensured the area was spotless after work. They even discussed every step in the process to allow changes or questions. I highly recommend this company!!

For years I used Control Point for both commercial and residential services. Techs were always on time and pleasant. Unfortunately my last and final experience was not that good. Tech was out twice also with the service manager to fix issues with a complicated steam system but did not solve the problem. I did some investigation myself and offered some insights as to what was going on but it contradicted the tech/service manager. I asked to speak with the owner Nick because I was frustrated that after numerous hours spent the issue was still not solved and no follow up had been scheduled. Well that did not go over well. Nick suggested that I didn't trust them...I guess he was right, since I trusted that they were experts and they couldn't fix the problem, and I trusted that they were professional but they decided not to continue to try to fix the problem. Bottom line, Control Point may be good for fixing simple issues, but I would not trust them for anything else.

Three years ago we bought an awesome old house, circa 1895(ish). We’ve been building, renovating, painting and redecorating since day one. But we just spent the best money ever! We had central air conditioning installed, not an easy thing in an old house!!! Shout out to #ControlPointMechanical of Shrewsbury. The guys were super nice, professional, the job site (aka our house) was clean, they worked through some tough issues and hot weather to get it done. We are comfortable tonight in our house in a major heat wave. Thank you Control Point! Totally worth every penny!

Excelled customer service experience. CPM (John) has been very consistent with the level of service. He clearly explains what our problems are and shares potential solution where both my wife and I are able to understand. There really needs to be more service professionals like John out there making the customer relationship a good one!

Very knowledgable and professional team of folks! Attention to detail and customer service is a welcome sight. Managed to fit us into their hectic schedule and thanks to Bret (technician), we got our HVAC system back up and running promptly!!

Nick and John and his team were part of an installation of the 8" replacement gas line that feeds the powerhouse. The Powerhouse is in the Franklin Management property park in Southbridge, MA. The plant produces Steam, hot water and cooling to the Hotel and all the buildings in the park. This project required coordination with many contractors and completion of a series of difficult new feeds for gas in the plant and other buildings. The time schedule was aggressive and John and his team completed all the work on time and the work was done with a professional quality.

They were on time, professional, neat and very helpful. I would recommend Control Point Mechanical as first class.

We use CPM as our preferred vendor for HVAC.

Service person was able to explain repair and costs and was very professional.
